I was able to talk to a few Fungi Business Farmers and they put me on the recommendation for a Strain of Lion’s Mane provided by Appalacian Gold, ran by Jeff Manganaro at Appalacian Gold Fungi.
I’m merely spreading this information, definitely worth a look if you’re into cultivating Lion’s Mane.

This strain works well in hotter climates, so if you’re trying to grow things in the desert, well, just make sure you have a controlled environment and you have a little more wiggle room and cost reduction due to not having to keep things too cold.
